khuan!!!! i’ve known this guy since secondary school, lost contact during college and uni, and just got reconnected via facebook. let me say this to those who don’t know my friend. not a day goes by where he would just sketch and paint traditional portraits at school to college sketching the anime chicks to the hard core manga fan portraits, and now.. to see the jump he has done into vectoring portraits working with beautiful models and photographers. amazing work and achievement brother!!! keep it going.

p.s: when are we ever going to meet up man, you’ve abandoned the gang for years!!!!

Just finished reading you gallery and spent the last 30 minutes browsing at your ever growing catalogue of images you have created, you have this honesty that I love about your take on art and your current experiences. You don’t sugar coat it and just exchanging emails with you, I feel that they are genuine, a lot of upcoming artists or underground artists will sugar coat comments of their experiences. But you didn’t, you said what you do with such honesty, I believe you.
You’re definitely an artist that is living in the rough if you don’t mind me sharing this with the public, you can delete this message if you please if it offends you – struggling on low income during your day job and dealing with the currencies of the rise and fall of our different economies. Just by looking at your gallery not a day goes by where none of the world issues affect you as a artist. You still maintain a great gallery that continues to grows, and the quantity of the work you have produced is out of the ordinary. I can’t count how many I have seen as I lost count of how many have done. LOL!!!!!, but I have to believe what others on your shout page have said, over 1000 plus!!!!!

This to me is a great artist, you may feel the hard burdens of carrying this talent or skill and not get the exposure you deserve, however the fact that you choose to continue with this shows that you still have a passion for your art. And I am sure there is an audience for your work, the supporters you have at the moment clearly shows that they are a fan of your work. And so they should be as you have created pieces of art that is to be proud of.

you maybe struggling now or for the rest of your life.. but this is what makes you a real artist. I hope you get the break you deserve bro.

There maybe a thousand artist who are in the limelight, some of them don’t deserve to be there.. but you, Khuan Tru, you deserve to be along with the others. Your work really does show a lot of levels of art, style, soul and the one I am most amazed at is your dedication to your vector portraits. You not only have quantity (1000 plus images?!! WOW) but you also have a lot of quality. You certainly do have raw energy, I really hope the best success for you and your work. If the world don’t know Khuan Tru art, one day they will.
