Any forms of external use of my vector arts is strictly prohibited, no altercations to the art will not be allowed at all what so ever, it is important that the art must remain its natural created form with the artists signature, any tampering, cropping or adjusting is strictly not allowed. Any other use of them is strictly not allowed. Unless you contact me regarding what your intentions are and how it will benefit me and my vector art, from there we can arrange an agreement that we can both happily approve of.
The art portraits I have produced over the years are of the following: collaborations and requests (from models, photographers, friends and individuals) in which we have copyrights to, and as for the general fan arts, the source of materials I worked from belong to its original holder. We ask you kindly to respect all artists work and their terms and conditions they are entitled to.
If you upload any of my vector arts or feature my art work on to your site – you must contact me so that I am aware of it and also agree to it, you must also provide the full credits to me i.e.: vector arts created by vector artist: Khuan Tru as well as a direct link to my site – www.khuantru.com or http://khuantru.deviantart.com/
IT IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to use any of my art piece from my gallery, or from any of my other social net work sites displayed here (Deviant Art, Model Mayhem, MySpace, Facebook, Carbonmade, Twitter) at www.khuantru.com for other external objectives such as reselling and printing off. The images are copyrighted to its rightful and original holders and myself.
Featuring my art work is completely fine, as long as you notify us of when you plan to do this. And include the full correct credits and links of the artist and its references, i.e: model, individual, fan based or photographer.
All in all please respect and accept the terms and agreements as they are on behalf of my supporters, models, photographers, friends and the artist.
